The Creative Workshop Handbook
The Creative Workshop Handbook is a modern methodical manual, intended for educators and parents to help organize creative art workshops. The structure of the manual consists of twenty-five workshops. An overview of the contents, titles, subheadings provides transparency and very easy access to the users of the Manual. Each of the functional units contains structural components: a brief overview, goal, tasks, material required, activities and outcomes. The manual is in line with contemporary pre-educational requirements and active, creative, individually tailored educational work. The examples included in the manual are diverse and are intended to achieve the stated objectives. The manual offers solutions that should enable educators and parents to have a successful mission in the intellectual, emotional and creative development of preschool children.
Art Culture 1
The textbook of the authors Jelena Kostica and Goran Ratkovic "Art Culture 1" for the first grade of primary school covers all the curricular topics, ie contents prescribed by the new curriculum and meets the requirements, goals and tasks envisaged by it. After the content of each chapter, there are appropriate questions to test and determine knowledge, as well as various tasks that in an inventive way allow students multiple ways of applying knowledge: individually, in pairs or in groups. Also, through the interesting things were presented contents for those students who want to gain and broader knowledge. The textbook is adequately and richly illustrated with examples from fine arts, nature, environment, etc. It fully follows the changes and anticipated requirements in the curriculum. It is clear, reviewable, accurate, and age-appropriate for first-year students. It is important to emphasize that this textbook can serve as an adequate manual in preparing the work and organization of classes of classroom teachers, because it methodically and didactically properly deals with the contents and methods of its presentation. This textbook fully enables the achievement of educational outcomes and meets the requirements of cross-curricular competencies.
Art and culture 2
The curriculum provided does not expose the material to dry and to students of that age in an inappropriate way - already very concise, simple and clear students point to the essence of what is being presented and then to specific tasks and practical work. Such a textbook structure allows for a high degree of interactivity,
individual and team work, creative and collaborative competences. Graphic solutions fully reflect the high standards of textbook quality (design and break were done by the authors, visual and graphic artists themselves): visually and functionally, age appropriate, stimulating the development of creative potential, enriching the imagination, arousing interest in art as much as nurturing students ’practical abilities.
